We had Googled heating & cooling system companies all over and decided to try Mike's service. Mike showed me the worn out parts from our AC unit and explained everything he needed to do. Everthing was back to working order in no time at all. "Very impressed" doesn't even begin to describe our feelings. Professional, Excellent Service, Prompt & Punctual, Very Courteous, Polite, and above all Knowledgable. We've used M&K twice now. I called these guy same day and they came out less than an hour to fix my A/C, the technician was very curteous, polite, and knowledgable. I told him the problem and he started trouble shooting and my A/C was fixed in less than an hour, with that said I would definetly recommend this company to any one that has A/C or Heating issues, they did a great job, and their punctuality was stellar!

I didn't think there were any honest repairmen left, wrong. They were prompt, articulate and thorough. In 19 years of living in Las Vegas this was the first experience with a repairman that didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. I wwould absolutely recommend M&K to anyone.

Amazing Service!

We noticed that our heater wasn't working and did an online search to find a repair person. Mike and M&K had the best (and the most, by far) reviews, so we gave him a call on a Tuesday afternoon. He was more than willing to do a same day service call, but he had appointments scheduled all over the city that day, so we scheduled an appointment for 11am on Wednesday. Not only was he 20+ minutes early (which seems rare these days), he was just the nicest man in the world! He quickly diagnosed our problem as a burned out heating element and he had a replacement part in his truck. He was done fixing our heater in under 30 minutes, which was great. Mike also took the time to teach my husband about the air purifier that the previous owners had installed in our attic and he made it work for probably the first time ever. If you need someone to repair your heating or cooling system, CALL M&K! You will not be sorry!!!

Most professional, skilled, likable person who has ever worked on my house. He fixed my A/C unit within hours of being called. I've had several people work on air conditioning at my house over the years and this is the only one I'd ever suggest to my friends.

Mike came to my home for a winter check of my heating system. He invited me to watch, and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and confident with his work, and will certainly use him again, and recommend him to others.

Quality

Had 3 estimates for Roof AC problems, from $900 to $5,500. 2 Days of promises and lots of "pushing for new equipment". In comes Mike (4th) said he would be at condo at 11 30am, actual 11:20am, 2 hours later and $281 my tenant had Cool Air, and all is well since. Tenant told me only "Mike" was "courteous", Bottom line, honest,expert, fast, and courteous.
